Fairfield's staff have been working with the community since 2014 to get approval for their project. RTB and the community has supported Fairfield's proposed project from the beginning when Fairfield made a sincere effort to work with the community in designing a project that met the needs of all stakeholders. Fairfield respected the community's 30ft Height Limit and kept all parking for their tenants on site, whereas the previous owner/developer wanted a variance from the City to allow parking on Morena Blvd.
Fairfield is a glowing example of developer and community working in tandem to lesson the time for project approvals.
